William is an educator, author, musician, commercial pilot, entrepreneur, and most of all a facilitator and communicator.  Born in 1946, he has a 36 year history of activism and getting results.  His unique approach to problems is always centered on a solution.

William Coakley is an author, who published the first of its kind ELECTRONIC MUSIC DICTIONARY in 1988 and recently finished a book called MIDDLE EAST PEACE. He has been involved in the music industry for 46 years and is an accomplished pianist and composer with his latest piano album up for release during the campaign.  Recognized as an industry expert, in 1987 he was asked to design the courses for music production at Palm Beach Community College and taught there until 1992 receiving the highest recommendations possible for his teaching abilities.  He is above all a great communicator and facilitator who always has the right solution. 

He holds a Commercial, instrument and multi-engine pilot’s license with over 1200 hours flying time and formed the first Lantana Pilots Association to stop developers from taking over the airport.  He served as its Vice President during the early years of its existence.
